A Spanish native, Blanca graduated from the University of Salamanca, Spain with a degree in Communications. She moved to Madrid where she contributed to national magazine, newspaper and television content (El Mundo, Mediaset Televisión, Metropoli). During this time, working for the Food and Lifestyle department, she made contact with many of the best restaurants in the Spanish capital. This provided her with a deep knowledge of the sector that she loves the most - wine and food.
With an Engineering background and an entrepreneurial spirit, James provides advice and sound judgement to help guide the overall direction of the company.
A Canadian, James fell in love with Spain, it's food and language on his first visit, over a decade ago. He now lives in Madrid. His experience in agriculture and mobile app development combine to provide a unique insight.
